Construction protocol: Each oocyte was collected and transferred into a 0.2 ml RNase-free microcentrifuge tube containing 2ul lysis buffer, which was composed of 0.2% Triton X-100 and 2 U/µl of RNase inhibitor . Then the cDNA was obtained by the Smart-Seq 2 method. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
